Delivery Policy (**PLEASE READ**): Pick-ups at the studio are available after 2pm. Our daily delivery time frame is typically between 12- 3 PM. Please specify if you require a certain delivery time and we will do our best to accommodate it, or we will call you if we cannot. We gently ask that those ordering flowers for someone else to please check first if the recipient of the flowers will be home during that time. Additionally, please be sure to include whether or not there is a gate we may need a code for. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The flowers delivered were lovely, my daughter sent me a photo. i ordered an upgraded bouquet and the photo she sent showed a fairly smallish bouquet. So, I am a little disappointed in the size and number of flowers used on this "deluxe" bouquet. Also, a little disappointed that they charged $18 to deliver in the same town. I went with a local florist because they are local. A lot of online florists delivered for free, so I was disappointed in that. But, they delivered them on time and they look fresh, so, for that, 4 stars.
