Pick-ups in studio are available after 12pm. Our daily delivery time frame is between 12pm and 3pm. We're unable to guarantee an exact time for delivery. We gently ask that those ordering a plant for someone else to please check first if the recipient of the plant will be home during that time window on the day the plant is to be delivered. Additionally, please be sure to include a contact number for the recipient when you order and please confirm whether or not there is a gate we may need a code for. If there is a gate, please leave the gate code/instructions to enter at checkout. If there is no answer at the door, our delivery person will leave the plant by the doorstep in a weather safe location. Completing your order acknowledges that you have read and understand our delivery policies.
