We gently ask that those ordering flowers please be sure to include whether or not there is a gate we may need a code for.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Sadly I had three friends whose fathers passed away recently. We purchased bouquets here and they we stunning! This shop has many treasures as well. Super nice people!

In my decades of buying flowers this is likely the first time the actual flower arrangement looked *better* than pictured. Most importantly, my life absolutely loves them. And I originally had set them for delivery on one day but had to change it; I emailed Papillon my somewhat last minute request and they called me back saying it was no problem and they made the change. I will for sure by from them in the future, and you should too!

I highly recommend Papillon. On a recent visit from Ohio to Santa Rosa, I visited Papillon and was impressed with the quality and style of their floral work. When I wanted to thank my host in Santa Rosa, I thought first of Papillon and checked their online store for help. The ordering process was clear and easy to use; I felt included in the delivery process as I received updates through the delivery. I even received a phone call from the person who delivered when a slight hiccup occurred (which was my error). My host shared a picture of the floral arrangement she received and I couldn’t be happier with it!

We ordered the “Colorful” Seasonal Designer’s Choice for a friend recovering from surgery. They were not only beautiful, but more than we expected. This wasn’t your typical florist bouquet. It was artful and obviously assembled with love. If you haven’t read about Papillon Floral’s philosophy, you should. They believe in living with our planet not just on it. And their beliefs are reflected in their gorgeous arrangements. I applaud you Papillon Floral!!
